Empowering
Collaborative
Culturally attuned

As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to help strengthen relationships and build deeper connections. I believe therapy should be a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

‍

As a Caribbean native with years of experience working with diverse families, I understand the importance of culture, family values, and the unique experiences that shape our lives. My background allows me to connect with clients from different walks of life with empathy, openness, and respect.

‍

Using a solution-focused and narrative approach, I help clients recognize their strengths, explore the stories that influence their lives, and develop practical steps toward their goals. My hope is that clients leave feeling empowered, hopeful, and better equipped to create stronger relationships and meaningful change.
