Katherine Riehlman

Welcome. Are you experiencing burnout, stress, or a sense of hopelessness? I’d love to hear your story. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to support you in problem-solving, fostering hope, and empowering a sense of agency.

I understand how work, school, health problems, and caretaking duties can take a toll. Sometimes we just need extra support to regain control. I believe in collaborative, creative therapy and draw on multiple modalities to meet your unique needs.

I’m completing my MSW at SUNY Binghamton, with prior degrees in Spanish, African and African American Studies, and TESOL. After years teaching middle school, I transitioned to therapy, bringing both professional and personal insight into the importance of mental health. Don’t let shame, fear, or the demands of life stop you from reaching out. Everyone deserves support. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
