Hi! Thank you for taking a moment to learn a little about me. I'm an Associate Therapist who is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence, as well as adults working through the lasting effects of childhood abuse. I also have experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, negative body image, ADHD, and PTSD.
I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. My approach recognizes the importance of intersectionality and honors each person's unique experiences, identities, and strengths. I truly believe that, regardless of our circumstances, we all have the capacity to create meaningful and lasting change in our lives.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in mindfulness, empathy, and collaboration. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic therapies to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the life they want. Healing is hard work, but it is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
