I’m a therapist-in-training who believes everyone has the capacity to grow—sometimes, we just need help finding where to start. My experience includes working with ADHD, PTSD, depression, and generalized anxiety. I draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices to support clients navigating life’s challenges.

I believe no one is a lost cause. Healing takes time, curiosity, and patience, especially when our experiences are shaped by the many intersecting parts of our identities. I enjoy helping people discover personalized strategies for growth, grounded in empathy and nuance.

I’m in the final year of my Masters of Social Work program at Fayetteville State University. I’ve worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence, which has shaped my understanding of trauma and resilience. As a visual artist, I value the role of creativity in therapy and the unique ways it can help people express and heal. So—what creative paths can we explore together?
