👋 About Me

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow—sometimes, we just need help finding where to start. Similarly, I believe no one is a lost cause. Healing takes time, curiosity, and patience, especially when our experiences are shaped by the many intersecting parts of our identities. I enjoy helping people discover personalized strategies for growth, grounded in empathy and nuance.

Hi there, I'm Kai, a final year MSW candidate at Fayetteville State University. My experience includes working with ADHD, PTSD, depression, and generalized anxiety. I draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices to support clients navigating life’s challenges.

I’ve worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence, which has shaped my understanding of trauma and resilience. As a visual artist, I value the role of creativity in therapy and the unique ways it can help people express and heal. So—what creative paths can we explore together?
