Hi, I’m Kadian. I’m a psychotherapist with experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and career changes. Born and raised in Jamaica, I understand that therapy can feel unfamiliar or even stigmatized in many Caribbean and international communities. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and comfortable exploring your story.
After migrating to the United States as a young adult and living in several states while traveling to more than 20 countries as a military spouse, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how culture, identity, and environment shape emotional well-being. These experiences allow me to connect with clients navigating immigration, relocation, military life, multicultural identities, and the challenges that come with constant change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, we may use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, or holistic practices to build coping skills, reduce stress, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe. Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter, rebuilding confidence, or seeking support through life’s challenges, I’m here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood. I look forward to meeting you.
