Juliet Arellano

Gentle
Grounding
Empowering

Hi, I'm Juliet! I'm a Master of Social Work student with a background in social work, education, behavioral support, and community-based settings. I am especially interested in working with young adults, helping them navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, major life transitions, and the uncertainty that can come with figuring out adulthood.

‍

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I aim to meet you where you are and support you on the path to where you want to be. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. I want to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself!

‍

I hope our time together allows you to feel genuinely heard, supported, and respected. I hope that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools for navigating challenges, and greater confidence in your ability to create a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
