My name is Jules, and I'm here to work with you on achieving your goals in therapy. Whether it's identity, relationships, burnout, anxiety, substance use, or anything else that is getting in the way of you experiencing the life you want for yourself, I am committed to helping you take positive steps toward personal fulfillment.
A few therapeutic concepts that I resonate with are the cognitive triangle (that thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all interconnected and influence each other), focusing on the present as a time for action and change, and understanding the role that past experiences have in forming who we are today.
I'm from New York City originally, and have spent most of my life here. I've interacted with all sorts of people with all sorts of problems. I'm currently completing my Masters' degree in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva University - Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. When I'm not at work, I like reading, cooking, running, videogames, and exploring new parts of the city (there are always more that I haven't gotten to yet!).
You don't have to be the only one dealing with your personal struggles. It would be my honor to listen to anything you have to say.
