👋 About Me

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can truly be yourself and supported without judgment. My approach is compassionate and person-centered. I work to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want. As a non-binary queer person, I’m passionate about working with people from all backgrounds and identities. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck or curious about yourself, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to do it alone or have everything figured out to start. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet and accept you.

Prior to transitioning to mental health, I have earned an associate’s degree in photography from Fashion Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in American studies/media & communications from SUNY Old Westbury. I am passionate about pop culture and can talk about movies, music, and television for hours on end. I am also the proud parent of three cats who keep me equal parts busy and entertained and look forward to meeting you just as much as I do!
