My goal as a therapist is to help you stay present and do what matters in your life.

My practice is rooted in the recognition that human experience naturally involves difficult feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Sometimes, however, our ways of coping can themselves lead to more suffering. Further, we live in a society which strains our energy, attention, and grit and denies us core human needs. Thankfully, we have the capacity to reflect, learn, grow, and pursue connection and meaning. My role is to support you across these dimensions of life. I work to provide personalized, evidence-based therapy that makes space for the fullness of your humanity.

I am based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Process-Based Therapy and seek to integrate methods from mindfulness-based behavior therapies, existential and experiential therapies, and climate and liberation psychologies. I am a master's student at Rutgers University where my program places special focus on affirming approaches to disability. I am also a researcher with the Climate Psychology Alliance. My background includes studies in the humanities and arts and work with nonprofits.
