

Hey y’all! I am a therapist-in-training and I hope to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable working together to face life’s challenges. I believe in honoring the whole person—your experiences, identities, strengths, and goals—and view therapy as a partnership rooted in curiosity, compassion, and trust.
My approach is cognitive behavioral based and is collaborative and goal-oriented. I have worked with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, recent relapses and life transitions. While working together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behavior cycles that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
My focus is on helping you build self-awareness, develop more balanced thinking, and make meaningful behavioral changes aligned with your values. I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can tackle challenges together. Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and I look forward to working with you as you navigate your journey.
