I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are. I’ll be engaged and present with you, sharing what I’m noticing and wondering while respecting that you know yourself and your life best. We’ll make room for honest conversations, deeper work, and some laughter along the way. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
My life experiences have shaped the way I see people, relationships, and therapy. I’ve moved through seasons of change that have taught me the importance of finding value in who we are beyond our achievements, titles, and roles. They’ve deepened my belief in living with purpose and creating a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are. I’m especially passionate about somatic therapy and believe the body tells a story. Our experiences, emotions, relationships, and physical responses are all connected.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressure of always feeling like you have to be strong. Together, we can explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, reconnect with your intuition, develop clearer boundaries, and build greater trust in yourself. Most of all, I believe in staying curious about ourselves and the stories that have shaped us.
