Hi, I am so happy you are here! I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and Addiction Counseling and am honored to work with clients as a counselor-in-training. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is grounded in logotherapy, which focuses on helping individuals discover meaning and purpose even during difficult circumstances. While we cannot always control what happens to us, we can explore how we respond to those experiences and what they can teach us about our values, strengths, and goals.
