Helping others is more than a passion for me—it is my purpose. As a counselor-in-training, I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach because I believe you are the expert on your own life. I will listen to understand, recognize your strengths, and walk alongside you as you navigate your journey. My integrative approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Choice Theory, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Existential Therapy, allowing me to tailor counseling to your unique experiences, values, and goals.

I have a heart for supporting all people. Much of my experience has been with those navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, and personal growth.

Before counseling, I spent many years as an educator and instructional coach, which shaped my belief in supportive relationships and individualized guidance. My own life journey has included both celebrations and challenges, deepening my compassion and belief in resilience and hope. It would be my honor to walk alongside you toward greater wellness, self-understanding, and the life you envision.
