I’m a master’s student at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, returning to graduate school after over a decade as an entrepreneur, artist, and community-builder in New York City. Along the way, I’ve studied a range of healing modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychedelic-informed care — all of which shape how I support clients. Having navigated my own healing journey, I know first hand how difficult it can be to face these challenging moments in our life. This is why I have devoted my life to helping others find their way back to a full, meaningful life.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood swing, substance use, mood challenges, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping people find clarity and calm in an increasingly overwhelming world. The pace of our modern life — constant content, notifications, and pressure to perform — can make it difficult to feel grounded. In our work, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build the tools you need to face life with more strength, clarity, and confidence.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, always guided by what feels most resonant for you. I aim to cultivate a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your truth. Above all, I hold deep trust in our human capacity to heal, grow, and return to a meaningful and connected life.
