Hi, I’m Farah Reynoso, LMSW, a bilingual therapist who believes therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic practices, tailoring our work to your needs, goals, and lived experience.
As a Dominican immigrant and social worker, I understand how culture, family, identity, migration, and our environments can shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. I enjoy working with adults, including members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, relationships, identity, and belonging.
I’m also a yoga and meditation teacher on the Tibetan Buddhist path, which informs my understanding of mindfulness, embodiment, compassion, and connection. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to leave parts of yourself at the door.
