Before starting my counseling program, I spent nearly two decades in disaster work, where I learned to stay steady with people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. That experience, along with my background in postpartum wellness coaching, shapes how I show up as a therapist: calm, direct, and genuinely invested in your story.
I'm especially passionate about working with adults navigating OCD and grief. I know these experiences can feel isolating, and I want therapy with me to feel like the opposite: a space where you're understood, not judged.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I bring curiosity, humor when it fits, and a real belief that you're the expert on your own life. My hope is that you leave our work together feeling more grounded, more like yourself, and equipped with tools that make sense for your life.
