I have worked in the mental health field for the past decade and believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where clients feel accepted for exactly how they are showing up, without judgment or pressure to be anywhere other than where they are in that moment. My approach is mindful, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences and needs are unique.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know each individual and learning about what has shaped them. I work most with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, identity, and personal growth, and I hope to support you in navigating whatever challenges you may be facing. My goal is for therapy to be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while working together toward meaningful change.
