Sometimes it can be hard to make sense of what you are feeling, put into words what is happening inside, or carry expectations that do not fully feel like your own. You may be navigating a life transition, struggling with a relationship, or feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what comes next. Often, all it takes is a space to start making sense of it.
Welcome! I’m Elsie – a graduate student in the University of Miami’s Mental Health Counseling program. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions around identity and belonging.
Together, we will make space for what you are experiencing, explore the patterns and relationships that have shaped you, and help you reconnect with yourself and the people you love. In my toolkit, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches, all through a culturally responsive lens.
Let’s do this together. I want to hear your story! Outside of sessions, you can usually find me getting lost in a good book, dancing to good music, or trying matcha at different spots around town.
