Hi, Iβm Liz, a graduate-level social work intern with over a decade of experience in human services and a background in school-based prevention. Much of my work has focused on supporting adolescents and families through stress, emotional challenges, difficult circumstances, and major life transitions. I am especially interested in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, or life changes.
β
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that people are the experts on their own lives. I strive to create an inclusive, judgment-free space where clients feel safe being themselves and are never pressured to move faster than they are ready for. Together, we can build on your strengths, explore patterns, and develop practical tools that fit your life. I hope you leave our work feeling heard, supported, and more confident in your ability to create meaningful change.
