Feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, struggling in a relationship, or finding it difficult to adjust to a new environment? Whether you’re dealing with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel supported along the way.
Having grown up in a developing country, experienced life as a minority, and moved across different countries as an international student, I’ve had the opportunity to navigate different cultures, relationships, and life stages. These experiences have shaped the empathy and openness I bring into my work. I want you to experience therapy as a space where you can genuinely be yourself and feel safe opening up.
My approach is collaborative and direct, drawing from CBT and psychodynamic therapy to help you understand your patterns, strengthen your relationships, build practical tools, and create meaningful change. We’ll work hand in hand to make therapy useful not only in the moment, but in your life beyond the therapy room.
