๐Ÿ‘‹ About Me
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, as if you're not enough? You're not alone—and you’re not defined by those moments. I'm here to remind you that you deserve peace, healing, and a future filled with hope.

I'm Dee, a second-year MSW student at Binghamton University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in African American Studies from SUNY Cortland. As a queer, cisgender Black woman, I value culturally affirming care and know how powerful it is to be truly seen and understood.

My passion for this work is deeply personal—shaped by my own healing journey and resilience. I aim to support others in reclaiming their stories and finding their strength.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of anxiety and build skills like emotional regulation, goal setting, and mindfulness. I draw from CBT, Prolonged Exposure, and motivational interviewing to create a supportive space where you feel safe and heard.

If you’re ready to begin your healing, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
