I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care and creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences without judgment. I believe that while trauma may shape parts of our story, it does not define who we are. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of hope and empowerment.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and the lasting effects of trauma, utilizing mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns, building effective coping skills, and creating meaningful change.
I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences while helping them move toward healing, growth, and a life that aligns with their values.
