Patient

I believe therapy begins with feeling heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are more than the challenges they are facing. I work to create a space where clients can better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and feel supported as they navigate difficult moments, transitions, relationships, and change.

My clinical experiences have centered on children, adolescents, families, neurodiversity, and mental health crises. I’ve learned the importance of meeting people where they are, assuming competence, listening closely, and advocating for what they need. My work is informed by trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, with a focus on practical support and meaningful connection. At the heart of my work are compassion, responsibility, and loyalty—and the belief that doing what is right, even when difficult, matters.
