I recognize that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe it's important to have a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. During sessions, I want to meet you where you are and create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up authentically as yourself, without fear of judgment. That's why I use a collaborative and person-centered approach.
My background working alongside individuals and families during times of crisis, transition, and uncertainty has shaped my interest in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship and family concerns, and life transitions. I take a trauma-informed approach and believe therapy should recognize your lived experiences and the backgrounds that influence your wellbeing.
Together, I believe we can build on your existing strengths and develop tools that feel realistic and meaningful for your everyday life. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood and empowered to make choices that align with the life you want to create.
