My name is Daniel, and I am first year master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Queens College. I earned a BA with a double major in Psychology and Religion from Vassar College.
In therapy, my focus is on fostering an environment of collaboration, authenticity, and self-exploration. I incorporate a variety of techniques grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (M-CBT). Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you—your values, your needs, and your goals—and work to develop strategies that align with your unique path.
