I work with teens and adults seeking a warm, practical approach to therapy. Relationships matter, and so do the conditions in which we live. I consider factors such as family history, socioeconomic class, occupation, housing, and access to healthcare. I aim to help clients feel steadier in their connection with themselves and others, with more space to choose what comes next.
I’m currently a MSW candidate at Binghamton University and practice from a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework. I draw from relational psychodynamic therapy, family systems, IFS, EFT, narrative, Gestalt, and multicultural therapy, with LGBTQ+ affirmative care. For immediate tools, I utilize CBT and DBT, along with gentle somatic work and art therapy to support the nervous system. I have experience with eating disorders and on RAINN’s hotline. I often work with trauma, PTSD, intimacy, ADHD, grief, career stress, and life changes. People describe me as calm and real. I value consent and collaboration as a means to foster connection, choice, and change with my clients.
Before this, I spent over a decade in product design and user research, which taught me to listen, test ideas in real life, and prioritize access for all. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, working out, and creating things.
