Therapy works best when you don’t have to perform. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have anything figured out.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, career transitions, stress and burnout, and other major life changes. My role is to listen with curiosity, offer perspective, and help you better understand the patterns shaping your life. My approach is person-centered and relational, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and nervous system regulation.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent fifteen years leading teams across startups, production, and experience design. That experience shaped how I understand work, identity, relationships, and the evolving responsibilities of adulthood. Outside of work, I’m usually cooking, playing basketball, or halfway through several books at once.
