Welcome, I'm Courtney, and I am very passionate about identifying your strengths and support systems! I specialize in helping young adults rebuild their sense of self-worth and confidence while also creating healthy boundaries in their lives. My therapeutic approach is client centered and incorporates aspects of CBT and narrative therapy.

I have a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Northern Arizona University and am currently getting my Master's of Social Work degree at Columbia university with a concentration in metal health based clinical practice. I look forward to connecting with you!
