Cindy Jacobs

Hi, I'm Cindy, and I want to start by saying that wherever you are on your journey, you are not alone. Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable step, and I want to provide a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

As a therapist-in-training with a background in education and social-emotional support, I have spent years working with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. My experience as a social work intern and in education, particularly working with neurodiverse individuals, has given me valuable insight into how personal challenges can shape daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy, incorporating social-emotional learning, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help individuals develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence. I believe that healing happens in a space of trust, and I strive to create an environment where you feel supported in your growth and empowered in your own story. No matter where you are in life, you deserve a space to be seen, heard, and understood. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.
