As a therapist-in-training with a background in education and social-emotional support, I have spent years working with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. My experience as a social work intern and working with neurodiverse individuals has deepened my understanding of how personal challenges shape daily life, relationships, and well-being.
