I’m passionate about walking alongside teens and adults as they navigate self-esteem, emotions, identity, relationships, and school or career transitions. In our sessions, you can show up authentically, be heard without judgment, and discover new pathways for growth and healing.
My style is person-centered, warm, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I strive to create a compassionate, strengths-based environment where you feel safe to explore experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.
I’m pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Walden University and earned my bachelor’s in psychology from Georgia State University. Before graduate school, I worked for four years in residential treatment. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy reading, photography, walks in nature, and performing with my show choir.
