👋 About Me

I'm Christina and I specialize in supporting women as they work through low self-esteem, procrastination, dating challenges, goal-setting, codependency, and other behavioral addictions.

I know these experiences because I’ve lived them myself.  For years, constant overwhelm, indecision, and fearfulness in relationships kept me from living authentically, taking a toll on my happiness overall.

Over time, through supportive communities and practical tools, I learned how to think clearly, make decisions with confidence, and create healthier, more authentic relationships. My own journey showed me how powerful compassionate, consistent support can be.

That understanding now shapes how I work with others. Since 2020, I have organized and facilitated support groups focused on building healthy and loving relationships with ourselves and others.  What began as a single weekly meeting during the pandemic has grown into a thriving community with multiple meetings, one-on-one mentoring, and phone support. I also speak at recovery centers about emotional development and relational peace.

I work side-by-side with clients in a relaxed, conversational way. My goal is simple: to help you feel more in control of your life and outlook. You never have to face the hard parts alone.

Real relief is possible with dedicated support.

I look forward to working with you.
