I am an MSW student with a background in education, child development, and working with children, adolescents, and families. Throughout my professional and academic experiences, I have developed a strong passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections through listening, empathy, and conversation. I value creating a welcoming and respectful environment for people from diverse backgrounds.
As a clinical intern at Evolution Treatment Center in Florida, I have gained experience working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. My clinical experience includes participating in individual and group therapy, conducting assessments and family meetings, providing crisis intervention, supporting treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I bring patience, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to my work. My goal is to help clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward positive change.
