Affirming
Grounding
Insightful

I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to show up as your whole self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, grounded in curiosity, attachment-based, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood, while making room for both meaningful work and a little joy along the way.

โ€

Before becoming a therapist-in-training, I spent a decade working in birth and perinatal care, including six years as a Licensed Midwife supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and other major life transitions.

โ€

I'm passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, identity, LGBTQ+ experiences, reproductive and perinatal experiences, and life transitions. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I offer affirming care grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life and the authority on your own experience. I hope therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build. I'm simply here to walk alongside you.
