Welcome! Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable with is an important part of that process. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe being your authentic self, share what’s on your mind, and know that you’ll be met with understanding, compassion, and without judgment. My role is to work collaboratively with you, offering support, perspective, and encouragement as you make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore what may be getting in the way, and find practical ways to help you move forward.

My experience as both an educator and school counselor for the past 20 years has given me a deep appreciation for the many emotions that life brings, especially when entering a new chapter. Whether you’re facing an exciting opportunity, adjusting to an unexpected change, or feeling uncertain about what comes next, transitions can bring anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt alongside the possibility for growth. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, work together to navigate what’s challenging, and find a path forward that feels meaningful and true to you. My hope is that, along the way, you feel a little more grounded, confident, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
