Candace Howard Martinez

Easygoing
Culturally attuned
Compassionate

Hi, I’m Candace! I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment, pressure, or feeling like you have to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I value meeting clients where they are, listening to understand, and helping them recognize their strengths while working through life’s challenges.

My background includes education, behavioral health, and supporting children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of needs. I’m especially interested in working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, parenting, identity, and the challenges that can come with balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while helping them develop healthy coping skills, build on their strengths, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

My hope is that our time together helps you feel heard, supported, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I look forward to building a positive, collaborative therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel comfortable, valued, and supported throughout your journey.
