Oftentimes people come to therapy feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themsleves. I hope to offer clients a space to slow down and reflect on their barriers to healing. Together, we can explore the emotions and experiences you haven't truly processed, while also identifying the defenses and patterns that are no longer serving you. I especially enjoy working with creative people and helping clients find ways to connect with their authentic selves.
I’m a therapist-in-training who is presently in my final year of study, and I also bring two years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness. I have a worldly, grounded approach to therapy that is nonjudgemental and centers your personal journey -- I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable shedding your armor and bringing to light the misunderstood feelings or qualities that others told you to hide. My goal is to help you better understand yourself through a process of radical self-acceptance, accompanied by the education and tools you need to prosper.
