Welcome! My name is Brennan, and I'd love to support you through whatever life challenges you're currently facing. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I'm committed to understanding how your experiences have shaped your self-concept and well-being, so that we can work collaboratively to discover how best to navigate your particular needs.
As a millennial, I understand the rise of anxiety, loneliness, and depression among younger generations and feel passionate about working with this demographic. As a new mother of two, I've experienced first-hand the challenges of transitioning into new life phases, and I'm dedicated to helping others navigate similar changes. My therapeutic approach incorporates narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
After graduating with a psychology degree, I worked on clinical trials for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's before realizing my real interest was counseling. I'm now pursuing a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Louisiana Monroe. I look forward to learning your unique story and helping you move towards a life of fulfillment and joy.
