Being a human in this beautiful and overwhelming world can feel like a full-time job! Taking the time to care for ourselves and explore our inner landscapes often feels like a luxury on top of all of our other responsibilities. Small shifts and a belief in our potential can help us live happier and healthier lives. My expertise lies in supporting late teens and young adults who are working through anxiety disorders, obsessive thinking and ruminations, depression, relationship issues, and neurodivergent/disabled folks (ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, etc). I’m here to help you tap into the wisdom within you so you can begin to trust yourself.

I believe in compassion-centered, trauma-informed care that empowers you to discover who you are, challenge unhealthy thought patterns and narratives, and build a toolbox of research-based coping skills and strategies to live a meaningful, joy-filled life. Together, we'll explore somatic practices, mindfulness, and other holistic modalities.

I'm a Trauma-Informed Specialist (TIS) and hold certifications in peer support facilitation, mindfulness, somatic attachment therapy, and somatic abolitionism. I am happy you are here and look forward to working together to create a supportive plan to set intentions, accomplish goals, and reconnect with yourself.
