I’m a first-generation Filipina American who often felt between cultures — white-presenting yet not fully seen by either white or Asian communities. That lived experience informs my gentle, curiosity-driven approach to therapy and my commitment to holding space for complex identity, intergenerational and historical trauma, and the messy realities of relationships and caregiving.
I work with clients navigating addiction, perinatal and postpartum concerns, birth trauma, grief, parenting and Alzheimer’s care, betrayal, pregnancy/abortion decisions, and perimenopause. As an artist and poet, I integrate expressive modalities, narrative therapy, and dream work to explore subconscious material and help you find meaning and new ways of relating. My goal is to help you feel understood, steady, and more connected to your story.
