Hi, I'm glad you're here. I am a clinical intern with experience assessing and treating neurodivergent individuals through a trauma-informed lens. My focus is on reproductive mental health—including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions—and the ways our nervous systems show up differently across each of those chapters. I also work with children and young adults navigating neurodevelopmental differences, and the parents figuring it out alongside them.I believe healing is not linear, and that much of the work is understanding our unique relationship between identity and nervous system. I draw on CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices, meeting people where they are — which sometimes means slowing down, and sometimes means naming the thing nobody else has named yet.
My training is at Columbia University's School of Social Work. I hold a research background in neurodevelopmental and reproductive health, and I volunteer with Postpartum Support International, facilitating peer support and monitoring the crisis line.
Outside of sessions: parent to a human and a dog, athlete, piano player, and someone who thinks travel is one of the better ways to understand yourself. I show up as a whole person — and I expect the same invitation for you.
