Hi there! I’m Amy, a clinical mental health counseling student. I believe therapy should be a nonjudgmental, supportive, and safe space where clients can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. My approach is collaborative and individualized to each client’s needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support self-awareness, personal growth, and exploration of each client’s own values and path.
My goal is to meet clients wherever they are in their journey and help them feel empowered and equipped to move forward authentically. Outside of therapy, I enjoy trying new foods, baking, watching sports, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
