👋 About Me

Hi there! I’m a therapist-in-training intern with experience supporting individuals navigating early childhood trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, intimacy and relationship challenges, low self-worth, identity exploration, life transitions, and sexual wellness. I enjoy working with women, creatives, high achievers, and those looking to break free from cultural and familial conditioning to connect with their authentic selves. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's in Social Work at Boise State University.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in empathy, empowerment, and embodied healing. I draw from somatic therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, SFBT, mindfulness, inner child work, psychodynamic therapy, and creative modalities—based on what feels most aligned for you.

I’m completing my MSW at Boise State, specializing in trauma, relational healing, and addiction. My path includes 12+ years in start-up leadership, emotional intelligence coaching, and wellness. I believe healing is not about fixing, but remembering who you are. I’ll hold the faith for your wholeness and future, even when it’s hard to see it yourself.
