I’m so glad you found your way here—taking even a small step matters more than you might think!
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can slow down and be met with genuine care—where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I pay attention not just to what you’re saying, but also to what might feel harder to name, helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful and true to you.
I often work with young adults navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. Together, we might explore patterns, emotions, and the ways your past shows up in the present, all at a pace that feels right for you. I’m especially interested in helping you build insight while also developing a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself.
I’m currently pursuing my MSW at Boston University and work on a behavioral and mental health team at American Express. Before this, I spent time in the marketing and media space, including at NBC’s Bravo. Outside of work, I love writing and drawing as forms of self-expression—and I’m an AMC A-List member, so you’ll often find me at the movies.
