Collaborative
Compassionate
Down-to-earth

Hi, I’m Alana! I’m an MSW student at New York University with a passion for helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself without fear of judgment. I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where we can explore what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’m especially interested in supporting people navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, identity, and major life transitions. I value getting to know each person as an individual and understanding the unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives they bring to therapy. My hope is that our work together helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and feel more confident moving forward.
