As a second-generation Sierra Leonean American Muslim woman, I bring a multicultural, inclusive, and culturally affirming perspective to my work. I hold Master’s degrees in Youth Studies and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with and heal their inner child, the parts of themselves shaped by early experiences, family dynamics, and unmet emotional needs. Using a humanistic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral techniques, and reflective practices, I support clients in understanding their patterns, discovering their “why,” and exploring how past experiences influence relationships, self-worth, and life choices.
I create a nurturing space where clients can get to know themselves more deeply, understand what shapes their thoughts and behaviors, and move forward with clarity. I honor each client’s cultural, spiritual, and personal experiences while providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that supports meaningful growth, self-discovery, and healing.
