I am a clinical social worker who supervises new therapists as they begin their journey into clinical practice. I understand that the early stages of providing psychotherapy can be challenging, and I bring an empathic, client-centered lens to my supervisory work. My approach focuses on supporting new therapists in building strong clinical skills while helping them understand and connect with their clients. Together, we identify professional growth goals and adjust them collaboratively as they develop in their practice.
