Krystie Izzo is NY Licensed mental health counselor. She is the owner of Tree
of Life MHC PLLC, which is a private practice that offers in person and virtual
counseling. She has experience working at RUMC, YMCA, and Children's aid
society. Previous experience includes adjunct professor and lecturer at CUNY
CSI and St. John's University. In addition to counseling, she creates and
provides workshops to organizations around mental health psychoeducation.
Her workshops have been presented in several organizations including
speech therapy offices, pediatricians, and other companies that work with
children.
Krystie utilizes a holistic approach to counseling and is passionate about
helping clients live their most fulfilling and authentic life. Some of her projects
include helping those early parenthood embrace the life transitions of
parenting along with offering spiritual group counseling.
Outside of being a therapist, you will find Krystie either spending time with
family, hiking, reading or working on her podcast.
