Aditi Verma De, LMHC-D, LPC is a licensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor at Sol

Aditi holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University,
and has extensive experience working across outpatient, non-profit, university-based, and private
practice settings. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—and that
