Shira Greenberger

Hi, my name is Shira, and I’m a graduate student pursuing my Master’s in Social Work, currently interning as a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Before beginning this chapter, I spent over 20 years as a high school teacher, where I had the privilege of guiding students as they explored their independence and discovered who they are. That experience continues to shape the way I support clients—rooted in patience, empathy, and a belief in each person’s capacity to grow.

In my clinical work, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges, process their emotions, and find their voice. I support clients facing grief, family conflict, and major life transitions. Having personally experienced divorce, remarriage, and the challenges of building a blended family, I deeply understand how painful—and transformative—these seasons can be. I draw on those lived experiences to approach each client with authenticity and a strengths-based mindset. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their resilience, and walking alongside them as they build healthier, more connected lives. Whether someone is confronting a current challenge or exploring past wounds, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside them in the therapy process.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
