As a therapist-in-training, I am honored to walk alongside clients seeking a compassionate, grounded space to heal and grow. My path to this work is rooted in the belief that relationships are central to well-being and that each person carries the capacity for resilience, healing, and self-discovery. I am drawn to supporting clients as they heal from trauma, build healthy relationships, foster resilience, and strengthen their sense of self.
My approach is person-centered and psychodynamic, guided by the idea that our past experiences and relationships deeply shape who we are. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that can serve as a positive model for connection beyond the therapy room. While I primarily draw from person-centered and psychodynamic modalities, I integrate CBT and DBT when they are the best fit for a client’s needs. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in honoring each client as a whole person with unique histories and lived experiences.
I am in the final year of my Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology and hold a BA in Psychology and English from Emory University. I am especially passionate about working with emerging adults as they navigate formative, identity-shaping stages of life.
