Mikaela Mazerolle

I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, meeting each client with empathy, curiosity, and genuine respect. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to share your story. My style is collaborative, I see you as the expert of your own life, and together we uncover strengths, build resilience, and move toward the changes you want to see.

I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating stress, trauma, identity, and life transitions. Growing up with a single mom, later becoming part of a blended family, and supporting loved ones with mental health challenges taught me the value of compassion and perseverance. As the first in my family to graduate college while working and competing as a student-athlete, I understand the challenges of balancing pressure, responsibility, and self-discovery.

My hope is that clients leave our sessions feeling supported, validated, and empowered with tools they can carry forward long after therapy.
