Hi, I’m Mikaela, a clinical social work intern and final-year MSW student at Walden University. My path into therapy grew from my own experiences navigating blended family dynamics and growing up with loved ones facing mental health challenges. I learned early on how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported and I bring that same empathy, patience, and honesty into my work with clients.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative, a mix of curiosity, compassion, and grounded conversation that helps you reconnect with yourself and your strengths.
Outside of Sol Health, I love slow beach days, getting lost in a good mystery novel, listening to music that fits the mood, and spending time with my boyfriend and our cats. I try to bring that same calm, humor, and authenticity into the therapy room, a reminder that growth can be both serious and deeply human.
