๐Ÿ‘‹ About Me

Hello! Itโ€™s nice to meet you. I understand how challenging it can be to put yourself out there, so I want to start off by saying Iโ€™m incredibly proud of you for taking these first steps in your therapeutic journey.ย

I aim to hold space for you to be an imperfect individual and to welcome any unwanted feelings to be heard without judgment. I hope that our time together can be an opportunity to practice self-compassion and heal from a lens of affirming your strengths. I believe therapy provides you with the space to understand yourself better, to honor the experiences that have led you to where you are now, and to discover new perspectives that will serve you moving forward. I want our sessions to be a place where you feel empowered to drive your own change and know that you are supported every step of the way, even when it gets hard.ย

Drawing from CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed therapy, I integrate various interventions to find an approach that best fits your goals. My focus areas include anxiety and depression, relationship issues, stress and burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and gender-based trauma.
